LOS SWEARING CHERRIES
Mildly Spiced Cherry Schwarz - collab with El Jefe Primo Salsa | 5%vol.alc
El Jefe and Der Neo met on Wild West Brew Fest, a chilli, beer and wrestling festival in Amsterdam. Sharing the love for chillies they created this beer inspired by El Jefe's new bbq sauce 'Barbaqao Cherry'!
As you can guess this beer goes great with a good bbq, from ribs, pulled pork to veggie sticks. It's also a lot less 'swearing', but the more of a cherry bomb it is.
-available: half April
DUINDOORN AAN ZEE
Seaberry Ale | 4,8%vol.alc
Dunes full of pine trees and sea buckthorn. The silty air blowing from the sea,... this Gose inspired bottom-fermented beer brings hints of the Dutch North Sea and their endless sandy beaches.
Enjoy the summer with this refreshing beer accompanied with Dutch bites like cheese, bitterballen, herring or kibbeling.
-available: early May
Tripel meets Grappa | 8,2%vol.alc
Grappapolis combines the well known spicy Belgian tripel yeast notes with the sharp, delicate grape flavours from a North-Italian Marolo Grappa.
This beer goes well with either Belgian or Italian food. Or save the best for last and have it next to a Tiramisu or Lime Merengue Pie.
Belgian Porter | 7,4%vol.alc
This porter is inspired by the love for roasted malts. It balances somewhere inbetween a porter and a stout with a twist from the Belgian yeast.
This beer goes great with grilled pumpkin, chicken or lamb, or dishes that include avocado, figs or dark fruits.
